Shipping and Returns

Our meat is conveniently vacuum packed and sent frozen in a cardboard box. The beef will be cushioned with newspaper to ensure safe delivery. UPS is our delivery service.

We recommend shipping via overnight to ensure a timely delivery as this is a perishable product. We can only send to physical addresses, not PO Box’s. We also recommend shipping at least 10-15 pounds as this helps the product remain frozen.

Due to the nature of the product (different sizes and weights), pounds per package will vary. All pounds per package are based on averages and will not be exact.

Because of the nature of the product (raw meat) we do not accept returns. However we are committed to your satisfaction so if there are any problems with your order let us know and we will find a solution.
